In this document, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Megashop Fashions, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. By purchasing through our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns and refunds. If an item needs to be returned, our return conditions are clearly defined for your convenience.    

Eligibility for Returns  

  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned in their original state.  
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way are not eligible.  
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team.  
  • Items that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted.  

How to Initiate a Return    
Step 1: Initiate a Request    
Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return megashopfashions@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos    
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue for quicker processing.  

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions    
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process.    
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our guidelines.    

Refund Process & Timeline    
After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm compliance with return conditions. You will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be shared once processing is complete.    

Partial Refund Guidelines    
If an item only partially meets return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.    

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product    
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can address it promptly.
