At Brightbasket, we are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains the terms related to the shipment of products purchased through our platform. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined here.   

Shipping Locations   
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India. At this time, international shipping is not available.   

Processing Time  

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.  
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.  

Delivery Timeline   
Standard delivery generally takes between 3–8 business days, ensuring your fashion purchases reach you on time.   

Failed Delivery Attempts   
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery.   

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt and include photographic evidence.  
  • In cases where a shipment is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be initiated after verification with the courier partner.
